I began teaching in 2013, in this time I have taught years 1-3. Key Stage One is certainly where my heart is. I love the imagination and curiosity seen each day and it is always so rewarding to watch the progress made by each child both academically and personally.
I have worked at All Saints since 2018 teaching years 1 and 2. It has been a joy to teach such enthusiastic, hard working children and to work alongside such positive, committed staff. In that time I have also taken on the role of PE co-ordinator, it is a fun and busy role that allows me to see individuals shine for talents that they may not always be able to demonstrate within the classroom. It is always great to see how sport can bring individuals together and to see children further develop vital life skills like fairness, resilience and team work.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit some incredible countries; my favourite was New Zealand where I spent 6 months teaching in an Early Years class, it was a fantastic experience and I have lots of fond memories from that time.
