I started my teaching career at All Saints in 2019, after studying Primary Teaching (BA Hons) at Nottingham Trent University. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience teaching in upper KS2, after having taught year 5 & 6 during my time in All Saints.
I love teaching all subjects in school but I have a real passion for Geography and Maths. I’m known in school for my weird and wonderful knowledge on the history of world flags and world geography in general. I’m passionate about exploring maps with children and helping them to gain a better understanding of the world that they live in. I also have a huge soft spot for gardening. I think being outside in nature is a great way to look after our mental health and learn new skills. I helped create the school vegetable garden in 2021 and have since experimented with growing lots of vegetables with children across the school.
In my spare time I love to watch and play football (not to a very good standard). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I particularly enjoy cooking for/with them. I also enjoy sea fishing and skateboarding in my spare time- a real mixture of relaxing and exhilarating hobbies!
