My name is Debbie Rutter, I’ve been working at All Saints C of E Primary School since 2004.
I originally started as a Lunchtime Supervisor and then progressed to the classroom where I trained to be a qualified Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and have worked across Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classes. On many occasions I have worked alongside children with a special need or disability.
I work within a professional, happy and friendly team in Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Working with children is very rewarding and gives me great satisfaction where I can see the results of my work.
In addition to my LSA classroom duties, I am a fully qualified First Aider.
Out of the classroom and away from the school in my spare time, I have a keen interest in 1940’s fashion, which includes going to 1940’s living history events. Sometimes at these events I even dress up in 1940’s attire!
